  I couldn't say enough about the medical staff of PedIM Healthcare. From nurses to physician assistants to physicians, my care has been managed by this office since I was a young teenager. I have stayed with the practice because I feel heard and understood when I come in with any health concerns. That's what you can expect with this medical practice. Unfortunately something else that I have also come to expect is a long unnecessary wait for nurse visits. My understanding has been that it is an actual appointment but when I sit in the office waiting room and watch everyone who has come after me go back it is very disconcerting. One time may have been an accident but multiple times and overhearing that the nurses were never even made aware that I was waiting by someone at the front desk is just poor customer service. The service is five stars but I can't truly give that rating knowing that this is an ongoing issue. Over a decade of care and I have just grown to expect more than this negligence or care for their patients time.

  First id like to say thank to all that is taking the time to read this. I want to thank thank every at pedim healthcare. Being uncertain what how things was going to be when I was looking for a new place to help me with my health issues is a scary thing because you just don't know how things are going to be and work out. I would like to let everyone know that pedim healthcare has been awesome from day one. The staff is very pleasant to deal with and It's nice to see them acting professional once you walk in. There's nothing worst going to a doctor's office and seeing a staff acting as if they don't care or on there phone's and when you are acknowledge you then wait for ever to be seen. Well not at pedim healthcare. There always acting professional and take the time to see your dealt with properly and best thing is there is hardly any wait time. I'd personally would like thank Jamie enterkin for haveing a great staff which makes I'm sure not only my experiences hithbpedin healthcare but others as well. Thank you to Julie with a s for always working with me scheduling all my appointments and always smiling. It's nice going to a doctor's office where notbonly getting the care you need but they actually get to know you by your name. Thank you doctor Louis Boise for makeing sure I'm getting the propper treatment I need. I would definitely recommend pedim healthcare care to anyone that needs healthcare or maybe even looking to change from were they are going now. Rest a sure once you walk through the doors you going to see from the start your going to see the professionalism and soon realize you have made the right choice. Thank pedim healthcare...
