- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪From my experience I would have to say you get what you pay for. I would imagine resources for the centers are scarce seeing that most of it patients are socioeconomically disadvantaged forcing them to get help at a place seriously underfunded due to having to rely on a broken Medicare, Medicaid, and an overall healthcare system. That being said, the counselor I spoke with was friendly and professional. On the other hand, the administrative arm of the Centers needs work. On several occasions I have had problems with scheduling as well as necessary paperwork needed for my continued care. Healthcare workers can only do so much with limited resources and I have come to expect this. I can't blame them for trying. Maybe if our political leaders got serious about caring for the people and took their hands outta the deep pockets of the special interests from the healthcare industry and let common sense guide decision making when it came to creating a real healthcare system!March 02, 2017by Tj Coon
